What Could Be Wrong With Your Laptop?

Common Laptop Power Related Faults


		*Power Adapter & Power Pin Faults* Was the laptop running fine with external power until the battery ran down? If so, the most likely problem is either a faulty power adapter (try changing the fuse in the plug and checking the connections at each point from the plug socket to the laptop) or the power pin is broken and needs replacing. *No Fan Noise, No Lights* If you've ruled out power adapter problems then you have a motherboard fault. We can repair motherboard faults down to compoent level with a success rate of around 80%. If we can't fix the problem there's nothing to pay. Motherboard costs are fixed at £110.00 incl of collection and return by us (small charge if you are outside of the greater Watford area).
