Where appropriate. If your computer cannot be economically repaired we will advise you and in such cases there will be no charge. However, in most situations it will be possible to provide a solution and should you not be willing to proceed we charge a £40.00 inspection fee and provide a report of the fault. Generally for most pc's and laptops we will use a figure of £200.00 as an indication of a computer being beyond economic repair.
How long will it take?
For workshop repairs you can expect a turnaround time of 1-7 working days although this can change depending on the type of repair. Also, note that we offer a fast track option on certain repairs which take no more than 24 hours. On some repairs such as screen replacement we offer a 24 hour or even same day turnaround.
Can I bring my computer to you?
Only by arrangement. Our business is based
